To send an automatic password recovery message to your email address you may go to the Practice Fusion login page. Next to the password field is a link titled "Reset password." Click this link to answer a security question and you'll receive an email with your temporary credentials.
For faster access, you can always contact your practice's administrator to reset your password. To do this, an administrator may click the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner, select the Users tab, and click the "Reset Password" link next to the user's name.
Note: Adding all practice members as users within your account can help keep your practice up and running. If login issues are encountered by one staff member, any administrator can help reset their password. Designating multiple administrators will provide a variety of contacts, in case a staff member requires assistance.
Where can I access my Practice ID or Username?
If you are the customer that originally created your Practice Fusion account, your Practice ID and Username will be listed in your initial welcome email.
If you were added as a user to an already existing account, you will receive your Username and temporary password in your initial welcome email. However, for security purposes, you will need to request your Practice ID directly from your practice administrator.
